Info

Mr Wu, from Shanxi province has come to Beijing to fight for his compensation after an accident that left his face and arms with heavy burns and disfigurement. Once a policeman he now sleeps under the bridge white he petitions in Beijing, like most petitioners there is little chance of him getting his complaint dealt with. Petitioners can be found sleeping rough and in low cost accommodation near the South Train Station where the Bureau for Letter and Calls is located, the office where they can complain and hope to see their case resolved. Cases are rarely resolved and petitioners can stay in Beijing for years trying to fight their cases. Beijing, China.
